Staci Ann has one of the most unique businesses I've come across! She creates quilted ornaments (the kind you might hang on a Christmas tree). Monthly subscribers can purchase physical kits to create the ornaments, as well as online training videos. And she has thousands of members!

The project with Staci Ann was all about organisation and and consolidation. She had several websites and shopping carts, and was running her huge subscription service entirely by email.

We created an online library of Staci Ann's ebooks, where her members could easily find them each month. Content was carefully tagged so that members can only access content that has been released since they joined. Older content can be purchased separately.
