Technical Assistance Terms and Conditions
If you have a specific project in mind, then I’ll come up with a custom quote for you. Together, we can build a package that suits your needs. We’ll agree on a set of deliverables, a timeline, and a price. Payment terms are 50% up front, 50% on completion. HST is added for clients within Canada. All services include a written plan of action, regular status updates, and a written summary of work completed.
If you require ongoing work, then you may want to purchase a block of hours to save money.
- My core business hours are between 8:30am and 5:30pm EST.
- Emergency technical assistance that is required on short notice (within 24 hours), or outside of my core hours, will be billed at time and a half.
- You can save money by purchasing a prepaid block of 10 hours for a 5% discount off my hourly rate. Unused hours are not refundable, but they never expire.
